आज फिर एक ज़िद की है,
सोई ज़िद जगाने की!
आंख से गिरे सपने को फिर से, सजाने की!
थम गई थी जो, उस जिन्दगी को चलाने की !
हाँ... ज़िद की है मैंने, आसमां अपना बनाने की!
ज़र्रे से खुद को आफ़ताब कराने की!
इस झूठी दुनिया मे, सच को न छिपाने की!
हाँ ... ज़िद है, हर एक को आइना दिखाने की!
तेरी सूरत में कितने धोखे छिपे है
ये राज़ तुझे बताने की!
हाँ .... मुझे ज़िद है, तेरी हर ग़लती तुझे गिनाने की!
अपनी गलतियों से सीख लेने की उसे सुधार पाने की!
हाँ... मैंने ज़िद की है, अपनी गलतियों से बाहर आने की!
हर रिश्ते में सुराख हुए है, अब बारी है उन्हें भराने की!
हाँ... ज़िद है मेरी, हर रिश्ता बचाने की!
कभी सोया था जो भूखा उस गरीब के घर चूल्हा जलाने की!
हाँ... मेरी ज़िद है, ग़रीब नही ग़रीबी हटाने की!
धर्म के पिंजरे से अब सब को आज़ाद कराने की!
हाँ.... मैंने ज़िद की है हर एक को इंसानियत सिखाने की!

To tell you this secret!
Yes… I have stubbornness, every mistake of yours to count you!
Learn from your mistakes to get it corrected!
Yes ... I insisted, to come out of my mistakes!
There are holes in every relationship, now it's time to fill them!
Yes ... My stubbornness is to save every relationship!
Never slept, that starved the poor's house to burn the stove!
Yes ... My stubbornness is not to remove poverty!
Now to free everyone from the cage of religion!
